I’m a co-founder and CTO of Shopstory, the first visual content editor for e‑commerce that works with existing headless CMS. I’m a developer who understands designers. For 10+ years my responsibility was to build web and mobile UI. I love working hand-in-hand with high-profile designers and bring their concepts into production-ready code (worked with designers from companies like Pentagram, Character, Made By Six, Rolex or Hunter). Currently, my focus is on e-commerce front-end. I strongly believe that building unique, fast and accessible storefronts for headless ecommerce is way too difficult and expensive.

Adeel Younas is the Head of Engineering at Flaconi, one of Germany’s leading online beauty retailers. The online shop’s extensive portfolio consists of more than 900 international brands and 55,000 products in the categories perfume, make-up, skin and hair care as well as tools, accessories and food supplements. The retailer covers all product segments from drugstore over organic cosmetics to premium.

Ali Hanyaloglu is the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Akeneo. With years of experience in product marketing and solutions engineering at leading commerce technology companies including Adobe and Criteo, he is thrilled to be a part of the Akeneo team. Ali leads a team that identifies the benefits of Akeneo's platform and products, and then brings them to life in the language of our customers. He is passionate about compelling storytelling methods, finding new approaches to delivering great experiences, and enabling others to have their own productive conversations. Originally from London, England, Ali now calls Massachusetts home.

As Ecommerce Manager for Wilkinson Sword, an Edgewell Personal Care brand, Ben oversees all DTC activities across Europe, with a focus on website growth and marketplaces. His passion for ecommerce comes from the excitement of quickly-changing consumer demands—and the opportunity to provide standout customer experiences across owned channels, like email and web.

Ben has worked extensively in technology, marcomms and SaaS companies for 20 years. Managing and transforming Customer Success teams across the globe. Including onboarding, CSM, Support, Training, Operations & Customer Marketing teams. Consistently focused on delivering world class customer experience whilst delivering ambitious growth goals for the likes of Responsys, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Acquia and Verizon Connect. Ben is currently Senior Director, Customer Success & Support at Klaviyo; based out of the European head office in London.

Beth is responsible for driving YOTTAA’s overall marketing strategy, product positioning and marketing, lead generation, business development, and corporate marketing activities.

Brian Lange is the co-founder of Future Commerce, a retail media research startup focused on helping e-commerce businesses create strategic vision. He has an extensive background in the retail and ecommerce space that spans across organizations such as Something Digital, Nucleus Commerce, and Amazon.

Brian Lee is the co-founder and Managing Director of BAM Ventures and has served in this capacity since 2015. He currently serves as a board member at the Lowell Milken Institute of Business Law and Policy at the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Lee has founded and served as CEO or President of several companies. Mr. Lee co-founded The Honest Co., a consumer goods company, where he served as Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to May 2017. In 2009, Mr. Lee co-founded ShoeDazzle.com Inc., an ecommerce website for women’s shoes, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. In 2000, Mr. Lee co-founded LegalZoom.com, Inc., an online legal services platform, where he served as the company’s President. Mr. Lee holds a B.A. in Economics and Business and a J.D., each from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Claire is a seasoned ecommerce and CRM professional having spent the last 7 years working both client & agency side specialising in fashion, food & beverage and homeware. Claire loves a challenge and has helped brands increase onsite revenue by over 150% just from her recommended changes along with decreasing costs at the same time. One of her long time focuses has been improving sustainability and increasing ethical practices surrounding the sector of ecommerce.

Damien is a SaaS entrepreneur and executive specializing in the martech and commerce verticals. Damien was CEO/founder, director and board member of content marketing platform, Stackla. Founded in 2012, Stackla was the leading technology for content discovery, recommendation and distribution, and counted the world's largest brands as customers including Apple, International Olympics Committee, Ford, Astra Zeneca, Brand USA and Disney. Stackla successfully exited in June 2021 to global e-commerce experience leader Nosto Solutions where Damien now serves as Chief Strstegy Officer. Nosto combines the power of its market-leading commerce experience platform with Stackla’s AI-driven UGC solution, and more recently search via SearchNode, to provide an unmatched platform that provides its customers with authentic and personalized online shopping experiences.

David Rose is the co-founder of Zoey Sleep, a premium bed products company. He began his journey in e-commerce by developing merchandise for artists and creators. Throughout his ventures, he has taken a deep understanding to customer experience and retention. David seeks to find new ways to not only expand the business but to further the relationships with his customers.

Eddie Dunk is the eCommerce Conversion Manager for Dermalogica, the leading professional-grade skin care.

Ellen Grace is a Customer Success Manager at Nosto, working with accounts including Dermalogica, Skinnydip and NICCE amongst others.

Fiona Stevens is the Head of Marketing at LoyaltyLion, a data-driven loyalty and engagement platform for fast-growth ecommerce merchants. LoyaltyLion helps thousands of retailers worldwide to build fully customised loyalty programs, proven to increase customer engagement, retention and spend. Fiona has almost 15 years’ experience in Marketing, having worked in-house and agency side across functions including PR, SEO and content. Gavin has over 15 years in the email marketing industry and heads up dotdigital’s thought leadership and content team. He’s a keen blogger, speaker and sits on the DMA email council chairing the learning and communications hub. He’s worked closely with organizations a number of sectors helping them to enhance their email programmes to drive increased customer experience, lifetime value, loyalty and ultimately return on investment.

A Vancouver born nature lover, turned Londoner, Gillian has been working in Marketing for 12 years, across publishing, events and tech. In her last 4+ years at Trustpilot, she's focused on establishing a framework for her department to globalise marketing efforts as the business grows. A highlight of the role is overseeing thought-provoking campaigns that drive the brand forward in it's mission to to be the most trusted and most used reviews platform in the world.

Jack Pierse is a Co-Founder & CFO of Wayflyer, who offer growth financing and marketing insights to thousands of e-commerce companies. Wayflyer is one of Europe's fastest-growing fintech start-ups having raised US$150m in funding earlier this year.

James is the Head of Ecommerce at Furniturebox, which holds the title of the 'Fastest-growing Business in the South West of England'. Jim Lofgren is the Chairman of NES and the CEO of Nosto. Nosto was founded in 2011 and enables over 2,500 online retailers to deliver their customers personalized shopping experiences. Retailers leverage Nosto’s AI and patented technologies to merchandise and deliver product recommendations as well content personalization across every touch point with the consumer. Prior to joining Nosto, Jim Lofgren was CEO of Klarna in North America and VP of Global Accounts. Klarna is a leading payments solutions provider, and in his role Jim was responsible for the company’s largest accounts and its North American business.

Jonathan Oates leads the Solutions team at ShipBob where he helps build partner-focused programs and works with merchants to implement solutions to improve their business. Jon has helped bring to market a number of solutions at ShipBob including streamlined ocean freight (FreightBob), international DDP shipping, automated B2B distribution and dropshipping, and cross-docking. Prior to ShipBob Jon worked in a range of roles in industries including logistics, eCommerce, and the military.

Kate leads digital product strategy at Brooklinen, blending the voice of the customer, data insights, and marketplace opportunities into a streamlined roadmap for the organization.

Kevin Marvinac leads Partnerships at ShipBob, a global logistics platform that fulfills ecommerce orders for direct-to-consumer brands. Previously, he led the Growth and Product teams at ShipBob, and worked in growth marketing and operations at Tide Cleaners (formerly Pressbox) and Airbnb. He is a certified specialist of wine and lives in Northern California.

Lexi Montée Busch is a marketing and strategy leader with 14 years of experience championing brand building, global marketing & PR, business development, and sales. She is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Happiest Baby (maker of SNOO, the first robotic bassinet that calms crying and increases sleep), where she helped scale the company from ideation through launch and into a successful global company. Lexi previously founded HYPR - leading business development, marketing, and communications for clients in electronics, apps, CPG, communities, events, and nonprofits. Lexi is insatiably driven to make a meaningful impact personally, professionally and across communities. She’s a passionate human rights activist and investor in purpose-driven startups. And her new favorite title she earned this year is mom.

Matthew Winnick is a co-founder at True Classic, a hyper-growth men's essentials DTC brand. Prior to True Classic, Matthew has invested and advised several companies across all lifecycles in e-commerce, energy, Saas and logistics.

Inspired by her entrepreneur father, Meghan has always had a passion for building and empowering companies. Michael Potters is a Strategic Partner Manager at Gorgias. Prior to joining Gorgias, Michael was the founder and CEO of a DTC subscription e-commerce brand for specialty coffee, acquired in December 2020. Michael joined Gorgias after the acquisition to help other merchants level up the engagement layer of their growth stack, and unlock revenue opportunities from support. Michael is a plant dad and loves playing soccer, despite a serious lack of athletic ability.
